What is Flexibooker?
Flexibooker is a dynamic packaging solution that allows customers to create their perfect itinerary online. There are three different models of flexibooker that cater for all different types of company :
1. Tour Operator - The Tour Operator version is a feature rich web application that allows customers to customize their perfect trip, controlling which resort, room basis, board basis, activities, activity start times, and transfers to include. The built in workflow module handles most of the organizing correspondence with suppliers leave you with more time to invest in your business, or look after your clients, while the Federation module allows you to instantly see availability and pricing at resorts that run Flexibooker.
2. Resort - The Resort version has less features than the Tour Operator version, but manages the bookings of your resources. Customers can still customize their room types and board basis, while the Federation module allows registered Tour Operators to see your room availability and pricing instantly. 3. Portal - The Portal is a fully hosted solution for people who don't want to install and manage a web application. The software contains all the functionality of the products above, but none of the setup and maintenance worries. Dynamic Pricing Room pricing Flexibooker allows for an unlimited amount of room types (subject to licensing) each with different pricing. The customer is presented with all the different options at booking with the different rates, allowing them to easily select the room of their choice. Board pricing As with the Room types, Flexibooker can cope with any type of board basis. Select the basis that is relevant with the resort and Flexibooker will automatically work out the difference in cost. Activity reservations Flexibooker allows customers to choose what activity they want to do, with selected options, at their most convenient start times. Seasonal pricing Rates for all resources change throughout the year, and at different times. Flexibookers pyramid seasonal module allows unlimited number of seasons allowing you to potentially change the price every day. Itinerary Builder The Itinerary Builder is probably the most powerful module in the Flexibooker system. Looking somewhat like a supermarket till slip, it allows customers to quickly see a summary of their itinerary. However, the active buttons allow them to change their options for room types, board basis, number of nights and activity start times to help customers tweak their itinerary to suit budgets and times. Itinerary templates The template system allows Tour Operators to pre-build their favourite itineraries for customers. The customers can then add the trip to their Itinerary before customizing the options to suit. Specials Set trips at set prices can be generated as well as dynamically driven discounts. Stay 6 nights - pay for 5, percentage discount when staying during a certain period and occupancy discounts are all catered for. Dynamic Electronic Brochure Flexibooker has a built in PDF generator to allow customers with a generated itinerary to generate a custom brochure based on their trip. Brochures include a copy of their itinerary, as well as information about all chosen resorts. Workflow Module Flexibooker has a built in workflow module which is activated as soon as a reservation is confirmed. It automatically starts emailing suppliers for confirmation and reference numbers so that a reservation can proceed without your intervention Federation Module The Federation module allows registered tour operators to instantly see availability in resorts running Flexibooker. Customer tracking Our logging systems keep track of what people are doing which helps customize your site to your customers needs.
